DotA 6.69c Changelog

Icefrog has released a quick fix to bugs present in DotA 6.69 and DotA 6.69b.

This is the 1st patch update for November 2010 following a month where we saw the announcements of DotA 2, Tian Online and Blizzard DOTA.

Updates on DotA 6.70 from Icefrog:
I am still actively working on 6.70, just wanted to get some bugs fixed for the current version.
