DOTA Changelog 6.17

-Recoded sandstorm, lag issues improved a lot now.
-Fixed CK's Critical Strike bugged green icon when disabled.
-Fixed invulnerable well/zigg bug.
-Fixed various bugs with the Bristleback ability.
-Fixed bug that caused Aftershock to not trigger after Fissure.
-Fixed bug that resulted in Earthshaker having 200% dmg for 45 seconds.
-Fixed issue with omnislash on Roshan causing Roshan to be unable to attack.
-Fixed some issues with old tavern, now only activated and created after -ap -old.
-Fixed bug that allowed only one Enchantress to learn Impetus.
-Fixed temporary control loss when using Hand of God and Test of Faith.
-Fixed bug that caused Clarity Potion to break Curse of the Silent.
-Fixed Buff issues with Amphotic Field.
-Fixed the Scourge and Worldtree towers being the same lvl as the second tower.
-Fixed Take Aim to work with multiple Snipers.
-Fixed Glaives of Wisdom so it can be researched by multiple Silencers.
-Fixed rare issue of Freezing Field caster units giving gold to enemy.
-Freezing Field recoded to allow for multiple instances.
-Illuminate recoded to allow for multiple instances.
-Fixed a bug that caused only the first Luna to get lvl 4 Moonglaive to have the tech.
-Fixed blackhole bugging heavily with multiple Engima heroes.
-Fixed Eclipse with multiple Luna.
-Fixed many glitches with Omnislash.
-Fixed some Illuminate timing issues.
-Fixed Satyr Hellcaller buff issue.
-Neutral creeps now spawn at the 2 minutes mark rather then 3 minutes.
-Fixed a bug with Enrage that caused allies to take damage before being Hexed back.
-Fixed fatal error bug with Finger of Death on wards.
-Fixed fatal error bug with controlling spiderlings.
-Fixed permanent invulnerable Juggernaut with multiple Juggernauts in game.
-Fixed issue with Global Silence causing your abilities to disappear shortly.
-Fixed bug with Backtracking heal.
-Fixed bug that allowed you to convert panda after Primal Split.
-Fixed various lag issues.
-Impetus now displays the extra damage in blue not the total damage.
-Restored Morphling's much loved auto color changing.
-Listed splash values of Netherward in tooltip.
-Changed Techies' Remote Wards to the blue model based on firahs' suggestions.
-Techies' Stasis duration on creeps reduced to the duration on heroes.
-Reworked abilities on Satyr Hellcaller.
-Reworked how Necronomicon levels, some buffs and some nerfs.
-Improved creep pathing at bottom lane as well as middle necromancer creep timing.
-Balance tweaks done to the following heroes:
(Don't panic, these are mostly VERY minor, but you guys like to know, so here)
Broodmother, Sven, SA, Enigma, Ursa, Tinker, Tiny, Sniper, Troll, Rhasta, Bristleback, Dragon Knight, Venomancer, Viper, Spiritbreaker, Bounty Hunter, Jugg, VS, Zeus, Weaver, Tide Hunter, Enchantress and Silencer.

-Various Item Tweaks:
Maelstrom, Necronomicon, Mask of madness, Ring of Basilius.

-Fixed bugs and/or memory leaks with the following:
Multiboard, Mana Void, Headshot, Animate Dead buff.

-Fixed various tooltip issues with the following:
Items: Soul Booster, Linken's sphere, Perseverance.
Abilities: Omnislash, Lone Druid, Sandstorm, Conversion, Tinker, Last Word buff, Nightmare buff, Scattershot, Headshot, Battlecry, Penitence, Sonic Wave.

Notes:
-------
-A lot of work was done on -mm and -du this version and game mode order logic. However, for the sake of map stability, it needs more work and testing. Expect more fixes relating to the other modes in the future. DM included. CTF will be the last one I spend the time to fix.
-The map should be a lot more balanced and bug free now, pending any 1.19 issues, to better prepare it for real competitive and overall public use. There will probably be a minor update in the near future to clean up any remaining issues that come up.
