Fixed a major bug that caused many abilities to have a chance to stop functioning.
Normally i'd wait for more fixes, but this bug had such a huge impact on many abilities that it would single handedly cause many games to be ruined.
If anyone finds anymore bugs, please report them.

I recommend you guys use 6.19b for serious games, until the rest of the bugs in the 6.2x versions are fixed.
