The tournament rules are almost identical to the EDC Pro League's, but of course the tournament format is different and there's no wildcard for example.

There are some teams with Asian and American players that were allowed to play in the tournament. However accordingly to the rules you must always use at least 3 of your European players. These teams will be heavily monitored and their players will be IP checked before each game to make sure they obey the rules.
